  1. Dotloop and Transaction-Management Systems

Skyline Realty uses third-party transaction-management and document-management platforms, which may include Dotloop, to facilitate real estate transactions and brokerage operations.

In connection with authorized Dotloop integrations, Skyline Realty may transmit information to Dotloop or access information from Dotloop as necessary to perform approved transaction-management functions.

Such information may include transaction information, property information, participant information, contacts, documents, and other information associated with a real estate transaction.

Information obtained through Dotloop will be accessed, used, disclosed, retained, and processed only for authorized business purposes and permitted uses, subject to applicable law, client authorization where required, and applicable Dotloop agreements and policies.

Access to information obtained through Dotloop is limited to authorized individuals and systems as reasonably necessary for approved transaction and brokerage purposes.

Skyline Realty will not retain copies of information obtained through the Dotloop API longer than necessary for the authorized integration or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law and applicable agreements.

  1. Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Technology-Assisted Services

Skyline Realty may use artificial intelligence, automation, and other technology-assisted tools in connection with certain administrative and brokerage-support activities.

Such technologies may assist authorized Skyline Realty personnel with tasks such as organizing information, preparing drafts, summarizing communications, reviewing information, conducting research, improving administrative efficiency, and supporting document preparation.

These technologies are intended to assist, rather than replace, the professional judgment and review of Skyline Realty’s brokers and agents.

Skyline Realty will not knowingly transmit information obtained through a third-party platform to an artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, or automated system where doing so is prohibited by the third party’s applicable terms, contractual restrictions, or applicable law.

In particular, information obtained from Dotloop through the Dotloop API will not be used with artificial intelligence or machine-learning technology where such use is prohibited by Dotloop’s applicable terms.

Skyline Realty may separately use AI-assisted technology with information lawfully obtained from other sources when such processing is permitted by applicable law, contractual requirements, applicable third-party terms, and Skyline Realty’s policies.

Documents or information prepared with technology-assisted tools may be reviewed by authorized Skyline Realty personnel before being relied upon or transmitted in connection with a transaction.

Certain information may be exempt from these rights, and Skyline Realty may be required or permitted to retain information for legal, regulatory, contractual, transaction-recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Skyline Realty will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Texas guidance specifically calls for a reasonably accessible privacy notice covering categories and purposes of processing, categories of information and third parties involved in sharing, and methods for consumers to exercise applicable rights.

  1. Privacy Requests

Individuals wishing to exercise an applicable privacy right or ask questions concerning their information may contact Skyline Realty using the contact information below.

We may need to verify the identity of the person submitting a request before acting upon it.

If Skyline Realty denies a privacy request where applicable law provides a right to appeal that decision, the individual may submit an appeal using the same contact information and clearly identify the request as a Privacy Request Appeal.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Skyline Realty’s website and brokerage services are not directed toward children under 13, and Skyline Realty does not knowingly use its website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.

If Skyline Realty becomes aware that information has been collected from a child in circumstances where parental or other legally required consent was necessary, Skyline Realty will take reasonable steps to address the information in accordance with applicable law.

  1. External Websites and Services

Skyline Realty’s website may contain links to or integrations with websites and services operated by third parties, including property-search, IDX, mapping, social-media, transaction-management, and other services.

Skyline Realty does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties. Individuals should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information directly to them.

  1. Electronic Communications

When an individual provides Skyline Realty with an email address or telephone number, Skyline Realty may use that information to communicate regarding inquiries, properties, brokerage services, transactions, appointments, and other matters reasonably related to the individual’s relationship with Skyline Realty.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and recipients may use applicable unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms.

Screw heads are polished. This dedication to hidden beauty is a moral contract between the maker and the object—a promise that excellence exists for its own sake, not just for show.

Using techniques centuries old, the enameler applies layers of vitreous enamel powder to a metal base, firing it in a kiln after each application to create a deep, luminous, and incredibly durable surface. Grand Feu enamel is a risk-laden art; a single mistake during firing can crack or discolor the entire piece, forcing the artisan to start anew.
