As a proud husband and father of 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl) and my trusty German Shepherd, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home for your family, pets included. A UT Dallas graduate and Dallas resident for 25 years, I’m deeply rooted in this community and will ensure that I will give the same advice to clients as I would give to my own parents.

Leo Murashkovskiy

Leonid (Leo) Murashkovskiy is the co-founder and legal counsel of Skyline Realty. He is a seasoned reputable professional in the Dallas real estate arena, with profound knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate transactions and projects, from inception, acquisition and compilation of asset portfolio, to financing, modifications, disposition and consulting services. Leonid holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree earned in 2011 at Thomas M. Colley Law School (Lansing, MI); as a law practitioner, Leonid specializes in real estate transactions and trusts. In addition  to his law degree, since 2006 Leonid is a licensed Real Estate Broker and was previously a Mortgage Loan Officer and an Escrow Officer. Throughout his career, Leonid held various positions, working in a capacity as a business consultant, escrow office, paralegal assistant and attorney. Outside of his professional realm, Leonid is an avid admirer of classical music, Renaissance, Impressionism and avant-garde art.

Jonathan Purgason

Jonathan Purgason is a motivated and relentless real estate broker. He started his education at Southern Methodist University in 2008 where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class and received a BBA in Finance at the Cox School of Business. Jonathan specializes in providing superior customer service and provides an abundance of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Jonathan also has an extensive background in Information Technology, Portfolio Management, and Multifamily Property Management. In 2022 Jonathan also founded Blue Sky Property Management, which has grown to collect more than $2M in rents annually. This all-star agent and broker brings a degree of swiftness to the team and has mastered real estate information systems and informational technology in general. Jonathan has been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu regularly for 10 years and teaches the kids classes at Six Blades Jiu jitsu McKinney.

Diana Sattarova

Jay Lee

Jay Lee graduated from The University of Texas at Austin earning a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology in 2012 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Incarnate Word in 2016. Jay provides his clients expertise about property types and neighborhoods, performs comparative pricing analyses, introducing resources (mortgage originators / banks, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, contractors), negotiating on price, and driving toward a final close. He excels in providing superior customer service when dealing with his clients real estate transactions. Jay also earned his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and enjoys spending time with his wife  and children along with coaching adults and kid’s self-defense.

Isold Kotlyar

Isold (Izza) Kotlyar is a tremendous asset to our team for various reasons. John Hamidi

John Hamidi was born and raised in Iran. He graduated from UTD with a electrical engineering degree. He has lived in Texas for 22 years and has over 15 years of experience in the Texas Real Estate arena; He spent eight years as a builder with Highland Horizon Homes and seven years as a real estate agent. John is a family man who spends most his time with his wife and 2 kids.

Terry Maragakis

Terry moved to the United States to attend the University of Rhode Island after living in Crete, Greece his whole life. He has two master degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. After college, he worked in IT as a database engineer for most his life. Terry now is applying his skills and experiences from his past work to real estate, making him a unique and great agent. As a mathematician and engineer, he is able to handle numbers very well and his IT experiences have given him the ability to be thorough in all his work. He also has a great eye for details.

Terry currently lives in North Dallas with his wife Tatiana, his son Alex and their 18 pound Maine Coon cat, Stitch. His son will be a senior at Plano West next fall and plans to attend the University of Texas at Dallas. His favorite activities are traveling, listening to music, reading, and playing chess.

Krystal Berastequi

Krystal is joining the Skyline Realty team as a UT Austin alum with a degree in studio art. Her background is in visual design and she is certified in home staging as well. Born and raised in Dallas, she is familiar with all areas of the metroplex and brings to the team added experience in property management and home restoration, with a focus in the historical areas like Bishop Arts and Old East Dallas. In her free time she enjoys drawing and painting, cooking, and Pilates.

Robert Sutton

Robert is a licensed real estate agent that has experience in representing buyers, sellers and tenants in both residential and commercial transactions. He is also a licensed loan officer and has experience in conventional, FHA, USDA, and renovation loans. Robert is a Real estate investor, landlord and an entrepreneur. He is happily married and is a full time father when not practicing real estate. His personal hobbies are martial arts, kayaking, and mountain biking.
