I’m Rafael Babadzhanov, serving the Dallas real estate scene for over 11 years. With expertise in all aspects of the Residential and Commercial transaction, I’m here to guide you through the maze of the mortgage approval and will ensure there are minimum legal complexities that arise.

As a proud husband and father of 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl) and my trusty German Shepherd, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home for your family, pets included. A UT Dallas graduate and Dallas resident for 25 years, I’m deeply rooted in this community and will ensure that I will only give the same advise I would give to my own parents.

Leonid (Leo) Murashkovskiy is the co-founder and legal counsel of Skyline Realty. He is a seasoned reputable professional in the Dallas real estate arena, with profound knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate transactions and projects, from inception, acquisition and compilation of asset portfolio, to financing, modifications, disposition and consulting services. Leonid holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree earned in 2011 at Thomas M. Colley Law School (Lansing, MI); as a law practitioner, Leonid specializes in real estate transactions and trusts. In addition  to his law degree, since 2006 Leonid is a licensed Real Estate Broker and was previously a Mortgage Loan Officer and an Escrow Officer. Throughout his career, Leonid held various positions, working in a capacity as a business consultant, escrow office, paralegal assistant and attorney. Outside of his professional realm, Leonid is an avid admirer of classical music, Renaissance, Impressionism and avant-garde art.

Jonathan Purgason

Jonathan Purgason is one of the most hard working realtors in the industry. He started his education at Southern Methodist University in 2008 where he received a BBA in Finance at the Cox School of Business. Jonathan specializes in providing superior customer service and provides an abundance of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Jonathan also has an extensive background in Information Technology, Portfolio Management, and Multifamily Property Management. He brings a degree of swiftness to the team in that he is very proficient with real estate information systems and technology in general. Jonathan has also been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu regularly for 3 years so you can always feel safe when he is showing you your new dream home! He is happily married and recently became a father to beautiful little girl. We are very pleased to have Jonathan on our team as he is a great fit here at Skyline Realty.

Diana Sattarova

Bernard Bell

A second-generation real estate sales professional, Bernard Bell quite literally grew up in the business. His parents owned a boutique brokerage on the beach in Sunny Isles, Florida, and his mother still is a top-producing luxury agent. Bernard resolutely followed in their footsteps, becoming licensed in 2009 and, by building on his family’s knowledge and experience, enjoying early and sustained success. His integrity was quickly sensed and then proven with time, which garnered the confidence of buyers and sellers of homes in all price ranges. Olga is an all-around educated person that has earned a Bachelors’s degree in Psychology and a Masters’s degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from UT Dallas. She then spent two years volunteering as a Research Assistant working on Eyewitness Testimony Projects which investigated face perception and human memory of faces, before deciding to take her talents into Real Estate. She is excited about practicing Real Estate because of the unlimited abilities to help people as well as being able to control her own destiny. She is happily married and a loving mother which is her drive and motivation for success.

Jay Lee

Jay Lee graduated from The University of Texas at Austin earning a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology in 2012 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Incarnate Word in 2016. Jay provides his clients expertise about property types and neighborhoods, performs comparative pricing analyses, introducing resources (mortgage originators / banks, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, contractors), negotiating on price, and driving toward a final close. He excels in providing superior customer service when dealing with his clients real estate transactions. Jay also earned his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and enjoys spending time with his wife  and children along with coaching adults and kid’s self-defense.

Isold Kotlyar

Isold (Izza) Kotlyar is a tremendous asset to our team for various reasons. John Hamidi

John Hamidi was born and raised in Iran. He graduated from UTD with a electrical engineering degree. He has lived in Texas for 22 years and has over 15 years of experience in the Texas Real Estate arena; He spent eight years as a builder with Highland Horizon Homes and seven years as a real estate agent. John is a family man who spends most his time with his wife and 2 kids.

Terry Maragakis

Terry moved to the United States to attend the University of Rhode Island after living in Crete, Greece his whole life. He has two master degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. After college, he worked in IT as a database engineer for most his life. Terry now is applying his skills and experiences from his past work to real estate, making him a unique and great agent. As a mathematician and engineer, he is able to handle numbers very well and his IT experiences have given him the ability to be thorough in all his work. He also has a great eye for details.

Terry currently lives in North Dallas with his wife Tatiana, his son Alex and their 18 pound Maine Coon cat, Stitch. His son will be a senior at Plano West next fall and plans to attend the University of Texas at Dallas. His favorite activities are traveling, listening to music, reading, and playing chess.

Krystal Berastequi

Krystal is joining the Skyline Realty team as a UT Austin alum with a degree in studio art. Her background is in visual design and she is certified in home staging as well. Born and raised in Dallas, she is familiar with all areas of the metroplex and brings to the team added experience in property management and home restoration, with a focus in the historical areas like Bishop Arts and Old East Dallas. In her free time she enjoys drawing and painting, cooking, and Pilates.

Nada Raab

Nada graduated from the University of Akron in Akron, OH with her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Since 2007 she has worked in education through teaching, substitute teaching, and volunteering in the local schools. Her desire to continue to promote healthy growth in the local community has led her to become a sales agent for Skyline. As a wife, mother, and pet owner, she knows what it means to find the right living space for your family. She is excited about helping others find a place to call home.

He is also a licensed loan officer and has experience in conventional, FHA, USDA, and renovation loans. Robert is a Real estate investor, landlord and an entrepreneur. He is happily married and is a full time father when not practicing real estate. His personal hobbies are martial arts, kayaking, and mountain biking.
